Business lunch on a quiet Wednesday. Service was spot on. Lobster brioche for everyone at the table. DELICIOUS! Nice variety on the menu..interesting to learn about all of the local businesses they support. Environment is lovely. Several business lunch meetings going on in private rooms. Located in the Westin Hotel. On the expensive side, but not outrageous.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in New Jersey. I like to go in and sit at the bar. You can order from the bar menu or the full service menu. They offer a wide variety of unique cocktails which always taste great. And the food is excellent. I highly recommend the crab cakes.

Took my mom here tonight for her birthday. We had a 6:30 dinner reservation. It took over a half hour to get a drink order in. Another half hour to order appetizers and dinner. We had dinner in the wine room at the Blue Morel and it was excellent. The wine room is a private dining room that will sit up to 18 people. Took my family here for my mothers birthday. Nice place good food, tasty cocktails. Had the Grouper, Seabass, porkchop, crab cake, scallops, duck. All was very good, nice presentation, Service was ok could have been better.

This is one hotel restaurant that is worth visiting. The food is wonderful and the decor is warm and inviting. There is a beautiful wine room that accommodates about 20 for a private event!

There are few restaurants where everything you ordered is excellent. The Blue Morel is one of them! We ordered oysters on the shell and they were fresh and tasty.
