People who want something different should try this. The chefs use local ingredients and conjure exquisite combinations of flavour. This is not just food, this type of thing usually costs much more. €20 menu on Sunday was incredible for the price, service is impeccable.
Kicking myself for not visiting Old Town Javea in the evening despite living in the area for 4 years. Came across this restaurant quite by accident, situated on a beautifully illuminated passage. The only thing better than the setting is the food. Everything we ordered...from the bread to the suckling pig and everything in between was delicious, served elegantly by cheerful staff. Enjoyed the meal so much I even went to thank the chef after paying. Not cheap nor particularly expensive but worth every cent, and for me there is no higher compliment!More
This rather elegant restaurant offers something a bit different from the tapas bars that surround it in the historic centre of Xàbia; tasty quality food created with a clear and genuine affection for the client’s overall experience. The service was friendly and prompt with good...attention given to all tables, whether they be inside or outside in the street. The food was exquisite (cured tuna belly and rabbit terrine followed by grilled Angus beef short rib and grilled loin of lamb) and complemented by a very different but delicious seaweed alioli with bread. These top ingredients were cooked perfectly, lovingly presented and so tasty, melting in the mouth with pure joy. The value-for-money we received was quite excellent and it’s no wonder that reservation is absolutely essential. In addition, the attention to detail in these difficult times is also worth noting; safe distance table spacing was observed, the menu was offered by QR code so we could browse at leisure on our mobile devices and we were given small paper bags to keep our face masks safe and clean whilst dining, a nice touch.More
Came to this restaurant for the first time and loved it. Nice atmosphere, very friendly and professional service.
LOVE the food. Fresh products very well executed. For sure, my new favourite place in town.
I was finally able to get a table a Volta i Volta and I had one of my best dinner! The food is incredibly tasty and well presented, the service was spot on with a great explanation of all the dishes. The wine list is...very interesting and the restaurant itself it's very very nice! I really advice you to go VIV ! WELL DONE!More
We always make a point of visiting this delightful restaurant when in Jávea - it’s great to go on a Thursday lunchtime after a stroll round the market. The menu del dia offers superb value and delivers excellently flavoured, beautifully presented food. Staff are friendly...and professional. Good wine selection. A real delight!More
