Family Friendly and Quick

Mediocre atmosphere, but a popular locals place for dine in or take out. I had the chicken enchiladas and will not do that again. Chicken was dry, but the sauce, cheese and sides were great. Next time I will try the veggie enchiladas! Better prices...than the place up the street.More

Best Chile rellenos!

Stopped in for lunch with family on the way to Montezuma Castle National Monument. Practically all parking spots were full. Had a tequila lime chicken burrito (huge). about $9 and delicious. Went to the monument and had a picnic. Betos is not pretty but great...food.More

Great food and service - Lots of Local Regulars

This was our second visit to Beto's, this time bringing friends. It was just as good this time as the first; therefore, it is consistently great and we observed a steady stream of regulars coming through. The service was great, the food was great, and...enjoyed talking to the regulars who were friendly to the visitors to the area. Looking forward to our next visit as it is now on our "go to" list when in the Verde Valley area.More

Best Mexican food in the Verde Valley

It's a dinky little place, not much to look at, but the food is excellent. Family owned and run, everyone is friendly, service is great and everything on the menu is good.

Great food, great prices.

We stopped at Beto's to grab a quick dinner. There was literally no one in the building, and I can't imagine why because everyone not there was missing out. This is the best Mexican food in the area for the price. I had their amazing...chile rellenos, and my husband had the carne asada quesadilla--both delicious. Washed that down with a tasty Horchata and called it a night. The service was friendly and attentive as well. We will be back!More
