My husband and I are very happy we found this place. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. The server was very attentive and wonderful. If you stop in you have to try their margaritas!

I think the title says it all.... it's a pub, so keep that in mind. The ambiance is not great but the staff was really friendly and fast, the beer was cold, and the chicken pot pie was outrageous!!! For the price, you can't go wrong!

I went here with a group of colleagues while we were all in Atlanta for a conference. It was louder than I prefer between people and music, but it's also a pub, so to be expected. The food was okay and generous in portions. Prices were fine, but trying to get our checks were like pulling teeth. She brought some... More

It's a typical Irish style pub. Very large booths that can hold 8-10 people. Typical pub style food. Roughly $10 a person to eat. We didn't drink but they have a full bar selection.

We made it a footstep into the place and the stench/smell was horrible - couldn't leave fast enough.

I was not impressed. There was no one at the entrance to tell us that we needed to go to the back to order and then seat ourselves. The food was not great. I had fish and chips, the fish seemed like frozen stuff that was dunked into a deep fryer. My kid had Shepherd's Pie and said it was... More

Stopped by for lunch during a conference. Seated right away by a friendly barmaid, who even took my order (there was a sign saying it was deli style serving for lunch). She made a great recommendation for a beer (forget the name, a local Scottish ale). Had the Shepherd's pie. Very tasty. Very reasonably priced, too.

I went this past weekend during Dragon Con. They had a food line set up in the back and a truncated menu. They did this because of the rush of people (even though it wasn't really that crowded), which I get, but the food wasn't that great to begin with. I don't know if it's better during the "off-season" but... More

Gibney's earned bonus points from the second we sat down just for offering Angry Orchard on tap AND on special! It's not easy to find any hard ciders on tap at all in Atlanta so this was a treat. The wait staff was attentive and friendly, despite the Dragoncon crush. We just did appetizers - BBQ wings and chicken fingers... More

We were just people-watching around Dragon Con and it happened to be lunchtime (just after the parade concluded, apparently). This was perhaps the poorest time to try to get lunch in the area, but oh well. Most places in Peachtree Center seemed to have lines, except for Gibney's Pub. We ventured down the stairs, found some empty tables, and *then*... More
