Thank you for being open Christmas Day. A great meal as always. I enjoyed the pork tenderloin - perfectly cooked. The greens and mashed potatoes were awesome too. Friendly staff.

I recently went to Cowtippers to grab a quick dinner. In spite of the friendly staff and fast service, I don't think I will be back. The food simply wasn't good. I ordered a chicken-fried steak with fries and sauteed onions. Nothing on the plate was good. The steak was massive (about 3 times as large as I expected for... More
Chillax here. Patio or dine in it's refreshing to eat at a restaurant that doesn't make you pay for its fancy decor. Chicken Salad was huge and tequila delish. Delightfully great service! Well worth a quick lunch destination.
Nice place for lunch, decent food, large portions, with good service and great atmosphere. Caters to the LGBT community, but is certainly friendly to all, as well as being pet friendly. Good place for things like a chicken sandwich, burgers, pot roast sandwich etc as well as having larger plate dinner options available and absolutely wonderful bloody Mary's!!! DRINK MENU... More
a group of 10 friends went on a Saturday evening. We had cocktails, appetizers, main course and dessert.. All excellent. Some ordered steaks, others burger.. all delicious !
We stopped in for lunch on a weekday. The place was very quiet, which was what we were looking for. The menu is very good, the food was very good, and the server was excellent. Decent beer menu too.

Cowtippers is a good choice for comfortable lunch or dinner. It has been an Atlanta Institution for the Gay Community Diners for many years, but is also enjoyed by everyone. Food is simple and well prepared. Sandwiches, salads and light dishes.
