I've eaten here a couple of times with friends while I'm in Atlanta, the menu varies based on the availability of fresh ingredients and has been excellent every time I've been. The bar height metal chairs are very comfortable, but the staff are kind and...More

We went with another couple and were presented with the thickest wine list that we had ever seen! It was so large that we decided to ask for a bottle of house Cabernet--they were out so we finally selected a California wine. Several of us...More

Went here for lunch and dinner over a 2 day period. Lunch: it was a beautiful day and I sat outside (a rarity for me in the humid climate of Atlanta.) The atmosphere was nice because of the weather and the clean patio of the...More

Very creative, delicious menu featuring local southern food. Homemade peach butter for the perfect biscuits and the shrimp beignets are an excellent starter. I had the scallops in a salad with peach based dressing and they were cooked perfectly. Icing on the cake was the...More

White Oak has a limited menu, but what I had was excellent. The branzino was cooked perfectly and paired nicely with corn succotash with pork belly lardons. The fried green tomatoes were layered with pimento cheese. The dessert was particularly creative - meyer lemon and...More

White Oak was a lovely, airy space, great staff, yummy food, in the heart of downtown. I loved the Bacon Slab, corn bread and elderberry jam. Altogether, a good choice.

The place looks so great. Big problems though. Took forever to get the food delivered. Manager apologized. However, it was painstaking. And then the duck didn't even taste good. I can make a better duck breast at home.More

I must say it has been an extremely long time since I've experienced service like we did this past evening. We did not have a reservation but remembered Tierra from last year. Not only did she get us a table. She dazzled us with the...More

This place looks really elegant and well appointed, and this is what attracted me at first. Another was that they had some unique items in the menu, if you are tired of the usual Southern offerings. These are the Duck Bolognese and the BH Ramen....More

Was impressed with the design and lay out of the restaurant. However the main food menu left something to be desired. My husband could not find anything appealing to eat off the limited menu. We ended up eating off the bar menu. We had patty...More
