Other than not serving the Cacio e Pepe as seen on some online menus, I still enjoyed the meal. Salamui & Formaggi was very good. The Bucatini Carbonara was almost great! Had the egg and other basic ingredients; however, they did add cream. And espresso had a lemon peel :-( I'd still come back :-)

Service staff poor. Food was good not memorable. Have had better. Not welcoming to customers. Should bring your own bread if you are a Party of 5 with only 4 slices. You have to grab quick. After doing the math for them they finally got it right

My husband and I visited this neighborhood Italian restaurant and we were very disappointed. The staff seemed aloof and the kitchen which is open was not at all busy - there were only a couple of tables of diners that I should have taken as a red flag. The food was mediocre, but the flat bread pizza was inedible -... More

The good- Nice neighborhood restaurant for Sandy Springs. Party of 4. Halibut special was nice. Changes to orders with ease - chopped salads without salami. The bad - Our server must have ADD. Stopped by to tell us she had to grate cheese for an outside table then abandoned us. Finally served drinks then left for 20 minutes longer before... More

Two words to describe this place: a sham! We tried 3 different dishes on the menu and were totally disappointed. You know a place is bad when you return a dish a the one they replace it with comes out even worse. They claim to serve authentic Italian dishes but they probably use low quality ingredients to cut corners. Personally,... More

The tables in this placed are jammed together, especially the two tops. When we tried to get seated at a better table, the manager said it was for a foursome who would be seated very shortly. After no one had been seated in the next 15 minutes, they proceeded to sit a twosome at that table. The food was OK... More

A friend and I tried this restaurant for the first time at dinner and even with reservations we had to wait a considerable time. We normally would have gotten a drink at the bar while we were waiting but the bar area was packed and we were left to cram into the foyer and wait. The place had a frazzled... More

It's hard to find pasta carbonara in most Italian restaurants and even harder to find good pasta carbonara. I'm happy to say I have finally found one. Even though I know it is a heart attack on a plate I am delighted to take that chance to enjoy the wonderful flavor. That was all I had for lunch and they... More

...this restaurant really struggles to impress on busy nights. After arriving to no inside table despite our reservation, I saved the poor hostess her well-rehearsed speech by agreeing to be seated outside. We waited for twenty minutes (!) for our first glass of wine and then had to reinforce our request to the manager, and with each course the service... More

We have been to Cibo E Beve 3 times and all three were great experiences. We had the generous meatballs and crispy calamari to start. And a delicious plate of carbonara and the veal entree for dinner. On this visit, we came early to celebrate our daughters' birthday and they created a special princess pasta and surprised them with a... More
