As our hotel was close-by we had passed La Timpa on several occasions & impressed by huge wood-pile they used to fire the ovens. Great location overlooking the sea & menu giving us much choice, especially if your fancy is for fish. We ate here 3 times & boringly I had grilled sea-bream with a simple green salad each time... The food was very good. Nice dinning outside over looking the water. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed it very much.

We wanted to sit outside and wandered to find La Timpa. Sitting next to sea and enjoying great pizza and people watching was a delight. Service was enthusiastic!

My husband and I had a wonderful meal tonight! We each had a salad (misto and tomato and onion) and shared a Sicilian pizza. Perfect! Shared a half litre of house wine. Great location and service.

My wife & I had some pizza here, which was good enough, lovely outside seating area & pleasant surroundings. Limited menu & wine list if you fancy something other than pizza

Craving for some spaghetti and some risotto with sea food? Here is a nice and cozy place to eat. The plates were big and the prices were alright. Service was also good in big lines, although some things were missing from our table (a spoon for the spaghetti, a plate for the shells, salt&pepper). Overall, good food and nice people.... More

My husband and I kept going back to this lovely restaurant as we were here for 9 days. Why? Because it's that good. The food, the people and the view are all exceptional!

Sitting with views over the port and eating probably the best pasta in Castellamarre del golfo. Drinks icy cold and staff incredibly helpful and happy. The view is absolutely fantastic. The clam spaghetti was the most flavoursome pasta I have ever eaten. My husband had rissotto which was packed with seafood. Bread and bread sticks for nibbles.
