What a nice discovery. It’s more than 10years we spend summer holidays here in south west of Sardinia and last September 30th was the firs time we have dinner at “il tamarindo”: the place is simple and the service is efficient; the food as well...is simple fresh and well prepared; Everything was good!! Only downside there no place outside ( the terrace is covered and not really an external space). We’ll definitely come again.More

Small restaurant down an alley in Sant' Antioco Sardinia. When my wife and I wandered in at 7:30 the place was empty so we had our doubts. By 8:00 it was filled. Food and service excellent. I started with spaghetti with local clams. As a...second course we shared roast pork. Both were just great. Son of owners was our server. He was knowledgeable and his English perfect. His recommendations were spot on. I wish we were staying longer. I would have gone back to explore the menu more. Highly recommended.More

As a vegetarian you do not find many places to eat Sardinian food. Here I got a very tasty stuffed eggplant. Craft beer friends will love this place too. The homemade tiramisu was the end of a very lovely evening.

Very good seafood & excellent service (speaks perfect English!). The best tiramisu in a long time. Try the local wine from sant antioco! We can really recommend this restaurant!

It was quite surprise at the begining of visit, that waitress spoke English. He explained us a history of wine, explained the consistency of specialities. And meal was really great.

I have been coming on holidays to Sant’Antioco for the past few years and I’m disappointed in myself for not having found out about this place sooner. Me and my fiancé decided to come here after reading the good reviews and it did not disappoint!...The octopus and squid starters were delicious, the service was very efficient and professional. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely will be visiting again.More
