What a big surprise!!! Walking through the little street a very nice guy offers us to have dinner in her family restaurant. Very fresh fish, very good quality and perfect price. Also for our little dog they offer water without asking. The chefs are young people very well involved and enjoyed for their job, their passion. We are an Italian... More

Simple and elegant Italian good, well cooked. Service was very good the waiter could not have been more polite and helpful. A great lunch spot in medieval street setting. Felt like a scene out of HBOs Rome. Perfecto

Walking round the delightful town of Castelsardo we came across a family run trattoria called La Schizzula where we met Ignazio the owner and his wife Mattea, mum Antonella and even his small son and dog! We were rather late to sit down but didn't feel rushed through the meal at all and thoroughly enjoyed a freshly made sea food... More

Mediocre, overpriced food. Keen to get customers in. Served stale bread. Menu and what was available or given didn't match. Avoid!

Were there and fell the grandmother trick. Wine was ok but food below average. Noodles were awful. Service was fine. Couldn't recommend this place but location is close to bell tower.

Unexceptional food, adequate rather than memorable. Service fine, quite a good location in a picturesque narrow street. A bit overpriced but all of Castelsardo is a tourist trap, so this is not surprising.

My family of 7 were on tour with our lovely tour guide Sophie who works for Centro Guide Sardegna. For 5 days we used Sophie as our guide and on a tour to Castelsardo she took us to this wonderful restaurant. I had the special which included 3 courses for 14Euros and we were also introduced to some different dishes... More

Excellent service and the food was amazing. We sat outside on the street which gave you the perfect Italian atmosphere.
