This is a great place to eat, drink, and hang out. Delicious food, tasty sangria and chips, and a fun atmosphere. If I lived near Harvard Square I would eat at Border Cafe frequently!

Eat here with friends tonight. The food was fantastic and our waiter was great. I have to eat gluten free and there were plenty of choices.

Ate at Border Cafe today, and it was excellent! Had the swordfish tacos which exceeded my expectations. I have fish tacos at almost every place that they are on the menu, so I know a good one when I see it. This is the best...More

My daughter had been raving about this place and we finally got around to coming here for a meal. It was worth the wait! We got the chicken bandera, ettoufe entrée and the jambalaya. The strawberry margarita was big and good. The atmosphere was nice...More

It is a fun diversion not fancy. Good value for money and a happy atmosphere. Almost always packed, it’s a people’s favorite.

5 of us had a wonderful lunch with generous portions. 3 of us brought food away because of so much food. One of us is vegetarian and she enjoyed her choices. Thanks to Trip Advisor reviews for steering us here.

First they bring chips (hot out of the fryolater!) and homemade salsa...good stuff. The place was packed when we were there (party of 5 for dinner after a Harvard program). Our order was taken quickly and it got to us very quickly too. Everyone ordered...More

Hi. All of the answers from previous reviewers I read regarding getting a gift certificate are the ones I would have suggested. They are very accommodating and I'm sure a quick phone call will get the result you want.

As far as I can remember there is no Kid's menu but it never stopped us from bringing our daughter - from the time she was a baby up to now (she's 6). Border Café has plenty of dishes that can be shared with a kid... More
