The lunch buffet gets over at 2pm. We got there at 1:45. There was no one at the cash registers. One women was helping children with their prizes, she was the cashier also. We asked about the buffet, even though the food was still there, it was too late. We had waited 15 minutes. If not for my nephew we... More

We used an online coupon for $20 for 100 tokens. All of the games are only 1 token which is nice. At the end of the time you are there you aren't going to win anything fantastic. Some of the games stole our tokens and there weren't that many employees. I wouldn't have a party here.

Let's face it, nobody I know comes to Chuck E. Cheese for the great pizza or the bargains. We come here because our kids make us. For games and an afternoon of playing it's fine. The machines are good, the games are fun, and the kids enjoy it. I wish the food and prices were better though.

I won't fault the restaurant that the majority of children are running around trying to grab tokens or tickets...that's the fault of the parents. I WILL fault the restaurant for serving something that barely passed as food. The cheese sticks were burnt, the wings were greasy and fat filled. The pizza... they might consider just going to the local grocer... More

Tried to call ahead to make sure they were open and the phone number online is not correct, even on their website. The one I used was 217-793-1046. Hope this helps. If you want to bring in a cake without scheduling a birthday party it is allowed.

The salad bar is over priced and there aren't alot of tunnels for the kids. The one in bloomington, IL is much bigger and far better. Theres always a couple games broken here.

We took my 3 yr old daughter there. Never in my life have I been so disgusted!! Terrible crowd, unsupervised children, games didn't work, and the facility is filthy!! So many kids very young and older pushing her out of the way for a game, trying to steal her tickets, and begging me for her tokens!! Grown adults letting their... More

We celebrated our son's 6th birthday here with friends. We've done parties at other places before and they can't match what Chuck E Cheese's offers. Not only that, but when you plan a party they give you a host who ensures everything goes smooth. This location recently added lots of new games and remains a favorite of our kids.

Great for kids dats all dat matter of course it's dirty and run down because there are a a lot of children running around having fun the looks on there faces are priceless at that's how I see it when I look at my kids. So grow up parents in let your kid be a kid.

We took our kids to this Chuck-E-Cheese last spring on a trip to Springfield. I don't know if it was the area or the building, but it didn't seem that safe. Having three small children, we have been to many Chuck-E-Cheese restaurants and this one was definitely the worst. It wasn't very big and it was pretty dated. Now this... More
