We were in Springfield for an event and were very happy to find a restaurant open at 2:30pm. Most places were closed. And this restaurant closes at 3pm, but they did not rush us. There was one other table occupied when we arrived and they left right as we got our food. The southwest Cobb salad was good. Our daughter... More

We have been here several times after church on Sunday's for breakfast. It has a slight Latin taste to his food, and the breakfast are decent but a bit overpriced relative to quality. There is construction going on now above the restaurant and I'm not sure how this is going to affect service in the future.

Didn't find a lot of places that offered vegan/vegetarian options. Café Brio did - the staff was friendly and helpful. It was mid-late afternoon and they seemed to be out of some of what interested me - but I still would recommend stopping by.

There aren't too many options downtown Springfield on Sunday. This was a delightful. I had the Shrimp BLT Boat. The shrimp wasn't the greatest quality but great seasoning. I had a side salad that was fresh. My hubby had the Chipotle Chicken, which he enjoyed. The homemade chips were good.

My kids were really hungry, and while walking to another cafe we'd heard was good came upon this one. Menu looked up my alley so we tried it. No kids menu which is fine - lots to choose from. I got the halibut served with lots of yummy veggies, my favorite combo. My 10 year old got steak tacos and... More

So not much is open downtown on Sunday. We stumbled onto cafe brio and are happy that we did. Hostess was a bit distant and the live music was not so great. But our waitress was friendly helpful and efficient. The food was tasty, I had pork salad which was unique and yummy. Iced tea was wonderful especially as the... More

We stopped as their website had an interesting item on the menu. We got seated, and then things went like this: Waitress: I’m sorry, we ran out of Pinot Grigio. Us: No big deal, that’s not what we normally drink anyway. Waitress: I’m sorry, we haven’t updated our website in a while. The item you’ve asked for is no longer... More

We sat out and had our meal because the weather was great. The homemade soup was delicious. The sandwiches were not as plentiful but It did go along with the price so I can't complain

i was at the Route 66 Mother road festival and decided to walk on in. Very busy. Sat at bar area. Won't be back. It was not the food, but the smell that was in the place. Can't quite pin it down. Maybe musty water smell. Hope they fix it. place must be popular, always seems busy.
