Beware...food was bland, pastries were old, waitress couldn't seem to place the correct order with the patron, scallops were small and rubbery, ribeye steak was two thin slices of meat, salads were something you'd expect at a Dennys, out of several 'specials' early in the evening, short wine list and they were out of several selections, orders for a table... My wife and I are the owners of a Burlesque troupe and we took two other members and their friends out to this little nook for a brunch. Needless to say we were surprised by the interior because of how the exterior looked because the inside was clean and modern with an awesome chalkboard wall with lots of fun doodles... More

Thank you for making it right. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Anchorage and I look forward to everything about eating here when I visit. We had dinner and took pastries and deserts home. I will come back.

If you travel in France, as I have for over 45, you find that not all restaurants are fancy. There is an order and a style to a real French cafe. In France you either get what you pay for or you don't last very long in the restaurant business. This is not "fancy" food but it definitely is French.... More

Waiter was rude. Food is delicious. Waited 1/2 hour or more for food, only have 1 hour for lunch. Would recommend for a leisurely dinner, don't be in a rush.

Yesterday was the first time I had been to this cafe. Inside was very nice and clean; very good service; nice selection of sandwiches, paninis, pastas, and soups and more. The food was very good and good portions. I will definitely go back there. Prices are very reasonable, about $10-12 average which includes soup salad or fries. It is closed... More

Reading the reviews on trip advisor we opted to have our first breakfast at snow cafe about 2 years ago. Although the breakfast was good, we think the food is better at Paris Cafe. We have been coming here ever since. I had the California omelet with chicken today. Comes with home fries and a fresh made croissant. As a... More

Sunday brunch at Paris B&C: Restaurant at time of visit was about 2/3 full. Fruit cup is a nice touch. Husband's Eggs Benedict arrived almost cold, with overdone yolk. Salmon & asparagus crepes were unevenly distributed, with one crepe mainly fishy tasting eggs and the other well stocked with the salmon. Side potatoes were really in need of something, including... Of course, this review is based off of two entrees, one salad, appetizer, and one soup. Oh, and a stale piece of cake. The cream of potato soup was more like purée of potato, fresh, filling and bland. The blue cheese dressing very good. The panko crusted calimari was ok, the sauce that came with it was nice and garlicky.... More

I can't believe it took me 3 years to find this little jewel of a cafe due, probably, to its otherwise unremarkable north side location. The food is excellent. I lived for a summer in France and can testify to the authenticity of the dishes; simple, elegant and fresh. And the bread and desserts are true French delights. The food... More
