Nice German aesthetic with underwhelmed college staff/service. Beer, pretzels and bocce ball with beer garden and World Cup viewing. Beer garden closes at 10pm and no smoking.

Big place, you can sit in the beer hall (loud) or dining room (not as loud). A fun atmosphere and the food was good too. We had Fried Chicken, Wiener schnitzel and goulash and of course a pretzel.

Stopped in on a whim and was impressed! Pretzel and spatzl were great. My bratwurst was exceptional and everyone else was very pleased. I wish the draft beer was colder but i always like it colder. waitress was good and there was a lot of...More

The service was good, kind of not in the tourist part of town. The pretzel was very good with plenty of choices.

Good food and chilled place to hang out. Alternative to a pool bar as Boche Ball is easier to socialize around for group. I had the doner kebab which was great. Good selection of German beers too.

This place is gigantic. Beer galore, bocce courts (never have I seen that in a restaurant) loud, tons of large screen tv's for sports. Had cheese spatzle, pretzels, grilled cheese, tomato bisque soup, chicken sliders. All were really good. The server Gabrielle was absolutely outstanding,...More

Wow, this is a fun place! When looking at their website and on Trip Adv. I didn’t get a sense of just how big this place is. It is huge, with different areas, like a bocce ball area and a very long bar. The food...More

Yes it's very kid friendly - there is a kid's menu & they make their own chicken nuggets in house! Kids are allowed until 10pm.

Rhein Haus is Seattle's very own 10,000 square-foot slice of Bavaria. A renovated 1940's candy factory, Rhein Haus blends custom craftsmanship with antiquities from across Europe to create a genuine feel and a remarkable space. The menu offers authentic Bavarian cuisine, including dozen styles of house-made sausages, fresh baked pretzels, and other culinary traditions, as well as original creations from Executive Chef Pete Fjosne. The delicious fare is accompanied by 25 drafts, featuring both European and Northwest beers, and a craft cocktail list featuring beer as an ingredient. In addition to the main dining room, an 80-seat bier hall, 53 bar seats, an intimate fireplace room, and two mezzanines encircle the five indoor bocce ball courts. An outdoor biergarten and bar offers al fresco dining and drinking and an additional bocce court. A truly unique experience that is fun for date nights, group gatherings, and families alike.
