This is a fun, casual place! They have unique menu of drinks - a little bit light on the alcohol. However, the price is OK and they have a good selection of beer, wine, & mixed drinks. The staff is fun. The pub is noisy due to all hard surfaces, TVs, & music- people have to speak loudly to be... More

This is a fun, but loud pub in the heart of Ballard inside an old library. A fun ambiance with a great patio. The food is just okay, but the beer and cider lists are extensive and easy to find something that suits your fancy. Very nice staff, very quick service and good prices. We will definitely drop in again.... More

This pub is located in an old public library building. Inside it's large spacious and can get very loud. There is nothing to absorb the sound so when it's full it is really loud. You can always go outside where there is additional space. The service was friendly

The food menu here is definitely nothing special. The bar is small and gets pretty hot if you're near a fireplace. It's relatively loud, and there is no rhyme or reason to the decor. I guess all of that is part of the charm. Service was friendly enough and my whiskey mixed drink was a generous pour.

Great place to catch a Seahawks game, everyone is a fan. Sitting next to the fireplace was warm and cozy too. The nachos were delicious and we sampled really good ciders.

Came here with my Aussie friend to give her a little taste from home and while she appreciated the effort, she’s definitely concluded that the place catered to Americans (an obvious requirement considering most of the clientele). She was a bit disappointed that her 3 favorite (and very common) Australian beers weren’t on the menu but she stated that the... More

I love this pub! It's a great place to watch sports & meet friends. The food is good and there is a wide variety of beers on tap. The outside patio is very nice.

My husband grew up in Australia and misses having meat pies. The pies here are pretty darn good and brought by memories of Australian rules football. Love that it is located in the public library building. Great recycling.

Stayed with a few friends in Ballard during vacation and this was our definite hangout spot. Food is good and so is the beer. We will return when we are back in Seattle.

Rarely crowded for a weekday lunch, great place to do a little business meeting. The food is simple and is good. Normally, one orders drinks and food at the bar, but for lunch there is table service. After work ... this is a good hangout where you can watch 'real football', play pool, etc. The only downside ... it's in... More
