I enjoy all fish but my wife does not. But, she likes me to try foods we can't get back home. I had the mixed grill which included a Dungeoness Crab Cake, Scallops and a Prawn which was served with potato and vegetable. She had the roasted chicken corn chowder and a mixed green salad. We were both very happy... More

My husband and I walked there from our hotel for drinks and apps. The crab cake was phenomenal (though it is only one). Calamari is our usual go-to appetizer so, of course, we tried it here...the best we've ever had. We had to try the chowder too. I had the lobster mobster. It was more like a lobster bisque and... My hubby and I celebrated our anniversary weekend here. Nice ambiance. Nice view. Blood orange Margarita very good. Scallop sliders very good. We tried all four chowders and I only loved the traditional clam chowder. The salmon with crab was good but not great. I enjoyed the fresh asparagus. The potatoes were a bit dry. Was just a short walk... More

Went to Duke's because our concierge said the chowder was the best, award winning! Hubby and I both had the combo; fish, chips and chowder. Incredible and service was excellent. You'll see by my picture how good the chowder is. I wanted to lick the bowl ☺️ And the fish/chips were awesome too.

A simple review cannot possibly describe how good the food is at Duke's--diversity in flavor, texture, and method of preparation makes this our favorite place to eat in Seattle. The Coco Loco prawns are the best--until you try the Cabo Wabo prawns, which, almost impossibly, somehow taste even better--the little avocado/tomato side dish with the Cabo Wabo prawns was one... The best chowder ever! A bit spicy. Get it in a sourdough bread bowl! The combination is excellent! The salads were also very good. The salmon was a bit disappointing as it was dry.

The front desk staff at my hotel recommended this restaurant to me for happy hour. GREAT location. Has a patio overlooking the sound. Nice menu for happy hour. I had the salmon sliders and would highly recommend them.

Hubby & I both had absolutely wonderful chowder & salmon. If we're ever in the area again, we'd love to return!
