It reminds me of a cross between the Copacabana and the sister ships, Titanic and Olympic. It has lavish appointments and fine dining, but quite approachable food that is well and carefully prepared.

My daughter selected the buffet which was wonderful and varied. I chose fromthe a la carte menu-- the eggs benedict and crab benny were superbly executed. And the fresh juice was a perfect accompaniment!

Was so nice to have a wonderful breakfast delivered to our room and it was pipping hot with all the trimming linen table clothes and napkins we had a table in our room and even put fresh flowers on our table. Very nice

I know that for many people staying at the Fairmont Olympic, the breakfast buffet is included as part of your business stay. But if it isn't, you definitely want to go a la carte for some of their breakfast dishes. All three of us in our party ordered a la carte and were VERY happy about what we got, but... More

The atmosphere was wonderful- so much room between the tables- and an understated elegance. The food was exceptional. Had banana bread French toast with bourbon syrup. Amazing! I asked for a coffee and was given an entire carafe. This place does not cut corners. Lovely to find a place like this! The service was top notch. Fantastic, but be sure... More

We breakfasted here several days during our stay. The food was adequate and the room, while large and spacious, lacked character. They seem to have painted over all the interesting architectural features as part of their recent renovation. It is very unfortunate they didn't take greater care when selecting a "decorator". Service was always attentive and timely.

It is truly sad how the Georgian room used to be one of the most elegant restaurants in Seattle. The architecture is still beautiful, but the tables and chairs are the same as hotels use in conference rooms - very industrial. However, it is the food that really disappoints. We had been looking forward to Holiday tea but were very... More

Stayed at the Fairmont Hotel and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at The Georgian. The service is something you don't find in many places these days. The food was absolutely wonderful, fresh, creative, and flavorful. They don't miss a detail! I was sad to see they no longer serve dinner in this fine restaurant. It's something we always look forward to... More

Had a lovely weekend in the hotel and chose to have breakfast here on the Sunday. Opted not to do the $27 buffet, with too many sweets...and instead ordered the corned beef hash. A good portion size, with lots of meat, and two perfectly cooked soft poached eggs atop. The dish was very good but did lack salt, easy enough... More
