Asian flavors in the burgers and executed well so can't complain. Burgers priced appropriately but the sides and drinks were overpriced.

On my plate: the ninja - deep fried, breaded pork, topped with cheddar, shredded cabbage, red onion, tomato, pickles and sriracha instead of the normal mayo (since I do not like mayo). Alongside the burger, I had a side of nori fries with nori ranch dipping sauce and wasabi coleslaw that had edamame. Flavour: Burger- juicy and thick but not... More

Great burger with a twist. It's deep fried! The shoestring fries come in many varieties and dipping sauces. A flavor explosion.

Probably the best Japanese burger I've ever ate. But then again, I've only eaten this one. And I intend to do so for now and all eternity for all that I care! Ninja curry samurai wabi-wasabi Godzilla - yes please.

Delicious, fresh and unusual. Fresh ground, antibiotic free, no hormones and raised here in the Pacific north west. The burgers are unusual and really good. Japanese influenced, deep fried but NOT greasy. Light and juicy. Nori fries crisp and yummy. Gingerbread shake thick and full of nutmeg flavor. A total yes, for us. Eat inside or out.

Katsu Burgers are one of a kind. Deep fried Japanese style. My favorite is the Godzilla one that has jalapeños on it. It's GINORMOUSLY delicious. Very small limited seating area so picked your table first and then order. Everything is made to order so make sure you're not in a hurry. The fries are served with Japanese mayo and you... More

Katsu is a little burger joint just outside of Pioneer Square area. The burgers were great. The options are overwhelming, there are so many fry options and dipping sauces.

Very unique and tasty food. Fry portions large and burgers huge, Could have split my tofu burger and been happy. All options (including a beef patty and a tofu patty) are skillfully breaded with panko crumbs and and deep fried. Very unique combination of flavor and sauces. The fries are really good with the options. We tried the nori flakes... More

This place is amazing! If you're looking to put yourself in one of the best food comas ever, this is the place! Super low key, out in the middle of no where, this place offers amazing "burgers". If you're not familiar with Katsu - it's Japanese fried meat - for lack of a better description. Fried chicken, pork, or beef.... More

I mean that was one of the best burgers of all time. I got the samurai select. I could barely fit the whole thing in my mouth. Each bite was a delicious struggle. So worth it. Becoming a regular here for sure
