Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very nice atmosphere, great for dining outside when the weather allows. Try the lamb cooked underground in a fire pit, delicious! They also make the best pizzas on the island, in my opinion. If you fancy good food and wine, this is a great place...to stop for a very laid-back experience in the countryside. Have stayed in the guesthouse many times and will be back next summer!More

Muhu Veinitalu - the Muhu Wine House or Wine Farm - is a small, family-owned winery on the Estonian island of Muhu. There are very few places in the world where you can enjoy peace and quiet, privacy, beautiful real nature, and authentic tastes and...flavours. Here you can. The owners manage and groom the vines in the vineyard, plough, tend, collect and make the wine, bubbly, cider and schnaps that they offer so it's truly personal and one-of-a-kind. The lodge only has 10 rooms so you get attentive personal service at a price point that in Western Europe or America's would be multiples of this. The wooden "energy pyramids" are a cool touch. Ask the master viticulteur and sommelier, owner Peke about the history of Luscher & Matiesen brand. Recommendation is that if you come to Estonia, take the couple of extra days to venture outside of Tallinn - stop in the town of Haapsalu on the way, then take the quick ferry to Muhu - going to the islandit really feels like you're stepping onto another land where time runs a different pace and your senses and feeling of aliveness and joie de vivre are heightened. highly recommended! #muhusonhea #muhuveinitalu #islandlife #boutiquehotels #visitestoniaMore

Guests are like family members - staff is so friendly and caring. Outdoor restaurant is very cozy and romantic - surrounded by wine yard. Lamb was super delicious- the best I have ever eaten.

Veinitalu was absolutely great! Peke was very welcoming and he held wine tasting of his own wines which was priceless. We also ate dinner and all dishes were top class. We had an extremely nice evening and definitely come back later!

This is an absolute must go when you are in Saarenmaa. One of the most coziest and beautiful places I have ever seen. If you can’t stay for the night, at least go have lunch or dinner. Salami pizza during lunch was one of the...best I have ever had, and all other dishes during our stay were excellent as well. The wines done in Muhu Veintalu are surprisingly good and you will fall in love with them as soon as you hear the inspiring story behind this place.More

The place is remotely situated, but very much worth the drive. There is a terass covered garden at the vinyard, where you can eat watching over the fields. Food is excellent and service friendly. Sadly, they don’t have their own wines on the menu.

Ordered wines 12cl each and tapas. Waitress was kind but put into glasses less than 12cl ( 8 and 10cl). Cheese and ham was tasty, but served very unprofessionally. Can’t say that it is “restaurants’” serving. The place is cozy, but there is no “special”...view. Price and quality overvalued. Will not come again.More

Chef Juha and owner Pekka have created a fine restaurant in the remote countryside of Muhu. The creativity of the menu and the fairly good wine list deserve respect, not easy to maintain this level of quality. We enjoyed our selection of starters (excellent trout...mousse) and the finnish Forschmack. And the grilled châteaubriand and veal were simply excellent. Well done, Pekka, and all the best for the future. Yes, it is worth the effort to drive, clear recommendation.More

This place was recommended to us by a friend and we had the most enjoyable lunch. We did not expect to find this quirky little place with a lot of effort put in design and decoration in more or less end of nowhere. The food...was fresh, home-made and delicious and the service super welcoming.More

Had a lovely romantic weekend getaway over there, among with some great food. The place itself is such a dream! The service was a bit inattentive at time, but I understood it was because the people working over there weren't locals.

We found this restaurant following a friend suggestion, is a very nice place, you can eat outdoors as if you were in the vineyard, even the kitchen is there. The atmosphere was beautiful and the food at the same level, maybe not cheap but aligned...with the prices of these types of food. As Italians we think at dinner like a special moment especially if at restaurant, this was one of the most beautiful experiences we had and i would suggest this place to everyone that can go there. Waiter and chef are absolutely great, the quality of food without compromises and the atmosphere, trust me, something to "taste"More

We stayed at the winery for six nights and had a number of dinners here. The food was well- prepared, delicious, and fresh. You can eat outside or inside and this is a funky, but charming location. The staff is warm and friendly. It is...a very relaxing setting, so be prepared to chill and enjoy.More

In Muhu there are not too many places for reasonable lunch. Restaurants set-up is a bit strange. Menu is not long, but long enough to find something. I took as appetizer a fried baltic herring (nostalgic). This was very good. Chocolate fondant with local ice-cream...was also good. The other dishes were not bad but nothing special. Ingredients were all fresh.More
