We went there on the basis of a strong recommendation. Got there after quite a walk. The building with the street number was there but that's it. No tables outside. No "Ignatius" signs outside. Windows all butcher papered up. I posted the only sign that...More

I love the look and feel of this joint. The service is excellent. I had the alligator sausage poboy and loved it. My guests only complaint was, "wish I had room for more." Reasonable prices and a great place to bring friends.

Can't imagine why everyone was across the street eating at a crowded restaurant. Plenty of tables available here, where the food was great (I had the sausage plate), and the service was not rushed.

Great food prices during Happy Hour. All kinds of local fare for all kinds of folks. Great setting (On cooler days we sat outside, but inside seating is very good as well), very good service.

I was eager for my daily espresso at a local place other than Starbucks. This was horrible in every way: poor coffee, weird service, creepy atmosphere. Please avoid.

Ignatius is now a coffee shop. I can't comment on the taste of the coffee because it was so outrageously overpriced! First off they don't have prices on their menu which is something I never understand. My husband and I ordered a 16oz chai, an...More

Good Southern food and other selections. Atmosphere fun- the Confederacy of Dunces locale. Sayings on the wall fun reading. Casual place. Prices reasonable.
