We really enjoyed this meal. Everything we ate was fantastic. The service was the best. Everything was great.

Happy hour was great, seats at the bar, good service, great craft cocktails and good beer on tap selection. Nicest stop on Bourbon Street for sure.

Tasty well-prepared food. Knowledgable, friendly wait staff. I had the grilled red fish as did another dining companion. One companion had the whole fried fish, others had gumbo. All the dishes were praised in taste and preparation with the following exceptions: whomever cooked the gator...More

We came here around 6 PM on a Thursday evening and were seated immediately. My wife had the fresh Swordfish and I chose the Shrimp and Grits. Both dishes were perfectly prepared. Our waitress, Jasmine, was sweet, kind and attentive. We’ll definitely be back!

We like the fresh seafood and casual ambience, including an attractive bar in a separate room. The wait staff is experienced, friendly, and will steer diners away from dishes that may not be top notch. That said, at least one receptionist is an issue. If...More

Red Fish never disappoints. Fresh sea food in a casual atmosphere. Service was outstanding. Enjoyed mango cocktails, chicken gumbo, red fish crab entree and pecan pie a LA mode. Everything was delicious.

First dinner in NOLA and it was a good choice. Started with a dozen raw gulf oysters, extra horseradish for cocktail sauce. Sweet and briny. YUM! Wife's entrée was the filet mignon, I had the gator sausage and seafood gumbo. Everything was so good! Steak...More

Nice space with good service. The food was good, but uninspired. Our main deterrent was that the price point was just a little too high for the quality of the service and the food. It was fine, but not much more than that. It's located...More

Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other
parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title
might suggest that this area is all about business and
little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you
away from the Central Business District. The CBD
offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be
touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the
world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts

Ralph Brennan's award winning casual New Orleans seafood restaurant and oyster bar on Bourbon Street. (Voted seafood restaurant 4 years, best oyster po-boy 2010 & 2011). Don't miss Red Fish Grill restaurant's heavenly BBQ Oysters, signature Alligator Sausage & Seafood Gumbo, Grilled Redfish and Double Chocolate Bread Pudding. Casual and fun (a sea of metal fish in neon swim overhead bright, hand painted tables). Open for lunch and dinner 7 days with a lively cocktail and oyster bar going from 11 AM - 11 PM, the perfect place to ease into New Orleans' laid back French Quarter lifestyle or tell it goodbye until next time.
