Had one on my last night in burbon street. Was very good with plenty of chili on it. You can not go wrong after a night of drinking.

My first Lucky dog was at New Orleans airport and the hot dog was tasty very good, for processed meat it was salty.

Found cart on Bourbon. Cart offers standard and locally made sausages. Decent grub for quick satisfaction.

OK. I did not eat a Lucky Hotdog. But my son had numerous ones over two days. We were in New Orleans for a cruise and were there early. He ended up taking an armful of these to his hotel room. Now to be clear...More

For a true Bourbon St experience, gotta get a Lucky Dog. They have carts all over and highly recommend you give em a try. Noah is a cool dude that will see you up on a true New Orleans treat..hot dog or sausage.

Had one, but they are steamed hot dogs, I thought they would be grilled and more like a German Hot Dog with skin on, didn't care for them. I know people swear by them, perhaps they had so much to drink it didn't matter. Maybe...More

Lucky Dogs are famous in New Orleans. They hardly ever make anyone sick. And it's a great end of the night of drinking just before going back to your hotel or home. Eat it in your room, if you'd rather. It'll be cold by the...More

Very good hot dogs and they are all over the place (french quarter, airport, etc). Quick fix for the munchies.

Lucky Dogs have a vendor on most corners of Bourbon Street. We enjoyed stopping by after a night at the bars. It was a yummy, quick snack to eat before heading back to our hotel. Hit the spot! Can't wait to go back.

Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other
parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title
might suggest that this area is all about business and
little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you
away from the Central Business District. The CBD
offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be
touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the
world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts
