Whilst this restaurant was recommended to us, there are so many great places to eat in the French Quarter that we didn’t really bank on visiting K-Paul’s. We were just feeling lazy after a big day out and wanted somewhere near to our hotel. But...More

We recently visited K-Paul's at lunch time as part of a tour group. The gumbo (very traditional) was excellent. There was a fried flounder entrée that came with a mushroom sauce......it was the best flounder I've ever had. It was fairly slow so we got...More

Friends who frequent NOLA took us to K-Paul's. Turtle soup appetizer was awesome! We wished we'd each ordered our own instead of sharing! The blackened drum was fantastic, done just right, very flavorful but not too spicy. The filet special that went with it was...More

This used to be my favorite restaurant in New Orleans but this time our meal was "tired" and uninspired. I. had the blackened drum which was not sufficiently blackened (either in cooking or spices) and was dripping in grease. My vegetables were inedible. After years...More

My husband and I chose this restaurant for our 30th anniversary. It had been written up as an upscale restaurant with business casual attire as the dress code. People arrived in shorts, torn jeans, tank tops, flip flops, and ball caps. My husband felt overdressed...More

Reservation for dinner is your safest option. However, if you are planning on having lunch at K-Paul's than I would just walk up.
