I cannot explain all those waiting lines and excitement for Adolfo's restaurant. The food is just terrible. Anything you may order will be greasy, fat, unhealthy, overlooked. If you are used to a good Italian pasta, fresh fish, or different sides - you will not...More

This gem of a local eatery on Frenchmen is probably overlooked by most tourists passing by. Reservations aren't taken and you can easily miss the small sign that marks the staircase leading up the stairs besides the Apple Barrel bar. We learned about it from...More

Faubourg Marigny & Bywater
Nestled between the French Quarter and the Ninth Ward,
the Faubourg Marigny & Bywater environs are largely
residential. Of course, folks around here love to go
out and have a good time as much as they do anywhere
in NOLA. And if out-of-towners want to join in the
festivities, well then so much the better! Home to
some of the most revered live music venues in New
Orleans, an eclectic gaggle of gourmand dining

I would call. It's a small kitchen, so they may offer no carb foods but if you have celiac you need to watch the cross contamination of gluten.
