On our last day in town we stopped and had lunch. Less than a five minute wait and we were in this small restaurant. The 3 servers took care of everyone and nobody waited for anything. The food came out in a timely manner and...More

I loved this place! If you are a fan of diners and funky music, try it out! This place has courteous servers, good music, and an eclectic menu! I recommend the Bananas Foster French Toast!

We went for dinner & had an overall good time at Jimmy J's. There was a short wait & you have to wait outside due to limited seating. My husband had Shrimp & Crawfish Etouffee & it was amazing! Cooked to perfection! I had the...More

Our daughter told us about this bright fun breakfast place. Turns out it was right next to our apartment. Delicious breakfast. Casual friendly fast service. Feels like your eating with friends. Small cozy place.

We had crab cake tortelini was very disappointing. The pasta was very doughy and there was no taste of fish let alone crab.

The wait was long, around 40 mins at 11.20am on the 4th July and the wait was hot, but I'd seen the reviews, seen the menu and was hopeful that it would be worth the wait. And I wasn't disappointed, my partner had the crab...More

I've always said you can tell a good restaurant by the line of people trying to get in. We attempted to go for lunch on a Sunday and couldn't get in. We went for breakfast on Monday and was successful. It's a small place, but...More

Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other
parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title
