Was surprised at some of the tepid reviews about brisket and chips and "bland flavor". ORDER UP FOLKS! These folks make all their own sausage, a knock-out delicious Boudain and an award winning Black Jambalaya that will keep you comin back for more! Absolutely marvelous...More
