There are so many amazing restaurants to explore in New Orleans - but this is one of my favorites. Even my kids loved the different appetizers fighting over who got to finish the kale! Highly recommend!!

A big thank you for the excellent service - we had a table of 10 without a reservation and they took us without a hiccup. The roasted cauliflower, the lasagna, the manicotti dishes were all fabulous. I need the recipe for the cauliflower & dip. The pizzas were kind of pitiful, tasted burnt even though they weren't, and soggy in... More

Our server was wonderful. He was very attentive and pleasant. We ordered the roasted cauliflower and the tuscan Kale apps. They were amazing. For my dinner my friend who had eaten here before and recommended the Squid Tagliolini. It was incredible, nice and buttery, with wonderful crab. We also ordered a bottle of their Pinot Noir they were offering that... More

What a great menu! Imaginative appetizers - all delicious. A nice selection of entrees too. We eventually had a great window-side table, although when we arrived on-time for our reservation, our table was not ready and we had to wait at the bar for 30 minutes past our reservation time. Luckily, we were not in a hurry and the table... More

Antipasti of roasted cauliflower, burrata, and fried Toscan kale are full of suprise. Primi of squid ink tagliolini, risoto, are eually amazing. For Secondi, aqua pazza and gulf snapper will fully satisfy your palates. Finally, Dolci of affogato gives the whole story a perfect ending. Wine is excellent, one of the best Rosso di Montalcino ever tasted! Bravo and two... More

It was the best out of all the dishes we got. We also got the Tuscan kale as an appetizer and it was probably the best kale I have ever eaten. Definitely make reservation. The waiter was very knowledgeable since we had no idea what half the menu was. Very patient with us as well.

Amazing margarita pizza BUT the BEST thing they have on their menu is the lasagna. The best I have ever had anywhere. The service was perfect and the dessert at the end was exactly what the meal called for.

We had a reservation for the following night, but came across it by accident as we head out of our hotel (The Ritz) the night before - if you're staying there, it's too close to not try this place! Great vibe, dimly lit, but still great for people watching. The food didn't disappoint - and it's hard to impress a... More

The attire is casual to formal. The food ranges from risotto with mushrooms and duck confit to pizza. There truly is something for every taste bud.

Decided to have dinner here after reading TA & other reviews. My husband is a vegetarian & they had options. Maybe the best Italian food I've ever had & I've had my share in NY, San Francisco & Boston. First, we had their signature roasted cauliflower; well done! Perfectly roasted to bring out nuttiness/sweetness & served with feta/cream sauce. Very... More

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
