We chose this stop somewhat out of convenience, but how lucky for us! The food was delicious, the wine list creative, and the service attentive. We started with charcuterie for the table and I followed with the bucatini. Everything was fresh and yummy. Great find!

Have gone to Domenica several times over the last few years and have found the food and service to be consistently good. The wood fired pizza is excellent. Also you have to try the Tuscan Kale....what a fantastic way to eat vegetables. Delicious and relaxing...More

We had a fantastic meal before a show at the Saenger around the corner. Jordan was helpful and made sure our meal was timed perfectly so we could make our 7:30 show. My squid ink pasta with crab meat was incredible. Would definitely recommend.

We recently tried Domenica based on quite a few positive reviews - we weren't disappointed. We started with great wine recommendations and a charctuerie selection. Then we each tried different pastas and both were really quite good. The place started to get a bit more...More

Lasagna was among the best I’ve eaten. Enjoyed the baby mustard greens insulate, especially the formaggi. Banana zuppa inglese was tasty too.

Shout out to our waitress Jasmine. She was incredibly helpful and insanely patient as we asked all sorts of questions about the menu and was able to give excellent recommendations on what to get. She even went out of her way to write us up...More

Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other
parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title
might suggest that this area is all about business and
little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you
away from the Central Business District. The CBD
offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be
touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the
world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts

Domenica is a contemporary and inviting Italian restaurant that creates regional Italian dishes with southern and middle eastern influences. The cuisine combines Chef Alon Shaya's Israeli heritage and love of local ingredients with a menu that reflects his time spent cooking and living in the small towns of northern Italy.
