We were looking forward to visiting this restaurant. Everything said it was closed on Tuesday’s but open Wednesday .,, it was not. Ended up eating down the street at a larger place with a nice server but very mediocre food. $50 spent and not good

What everyone says in their glowing reviews is true. Shuli and her family and team are making magical dishes that leave you feeling happy and healthy. We went with friends and ordered pretty much everything on the menu and shared. Everything was stellar - the...fish tacos are some of the best I've had anywhere, and I live for fish tacos. We loved it so much we made sure to go back on the last day before we left for home, as a grand finale to our 3 weeks in Costa Rica. When we go back to Nosara, the first thing we will do is seek out Shuli. Thank you Shuli for sharing your gift with us.More
Went last week with a friend that is a Professional Chef. He thinks this place is great. Omg! Was I AMAZED. First of all, it is a tiny little out of the way place. You think it is not going to be this awesome gourmet...place. The owners are a wonderful family that has traveled the world and settled in San Juanillo. The parents serve, cook and the kids wait and bus tables. The dishes range from falafel to African Chicken which I had--It was so good I wanted to lick the plate and suck the bones. The spices have it all going on! The salads, side dishes, fish, lemonade with mint or the smoothies are the most divine things you will ever taste. Now the dessert? Vegan Passion Fruit Cheesecake. Omg. So amazing. I am going back tomorrow. They are only open Fri through Sun. The Best. The Best. Chill atmosphere. Thievery Corp playing. Free wifi. Just an amazing spot. Love the people, the food, the music, the whole scene is the most amazing stop you will make!!!More
Don't let it's name fool you; this restaurant is far more than simply a little soda. We were lucky enough to have two meals in what can only be described as "foodie heaven" during our recent vacation in San Juanillo. This will likely become a...destination for people in search of exquisite, flavorful, fresh and healthy meals. Hands down the best vegan dishes I have ever tasted! We had the pleasure of meeting the two ladies that own this wonderful establishment and they are as wonderful as the food. You definitely can feel the love for what they do. Beyond imagination is what comes to mind!! Never in my life did I think I would come across a place like this.. in such a small town sits this amazing place that welcomes you with opened arms and opened hearts!! The service is so welcoming...that you feel at home right away, the smiles and conversations alone bring joy ,and then you get the food- I don’t even know how to describe it- every dish and every bite is just pure happiness!! It’s made with so much love that you can actually taste it, and that’s without mentioning the freshness and flavors of the food!! I’ve tried everything on the menu and I have yet been disappointed with a single thing!! I’ve never been to a home that offers such homie food- incredibly delicious!!! I would recommend taking a special trip just to stop at this place!! Not to mention it’s walking distance from the beach...More

If you're going to be anywhere near San Juanillo do yourself a favor and visit this little soda. The service is great, the people are wonderful. The food is fresh, colorful, and delicious. Best meal we had in Costa Rica.

The food is absolutely incredible. We had to go back a second time cause I couldn't get the fish tacos off my mind. Everything is super fresh and delicious. The owners are so sweet as well. This was my favourite restaurant on our two week...trip. You won't be disappointed.More

Pokud budete odpočivat poblíž , tak určite doporucuji , příjemná obsluha a super jídlo. Nezapomeňte, že jste stále v Kostarice. Je to tu dražší než v jiných boudickach :)), ale skutečně vynikající. (vegetariáni budou potěšeni) Jinak kuře a ryba . If you relax around, I...would definitely recommend a friendly service and super food. Do not forget that you are still in Costa Rica. It's more expensive than that in other bouquets :)) but really excellent. (vegetarians will be pleased) Otherwise chicken and fish.More

I cannot speak highly enough of the food we had here. It's unassuming from the outside, but I'm so glad we stopped here. The food is all locally sourced, healthy and delicious. I had chicken tacos, whilst my wife had a cashew and coconut milk...curry, both were phenomenal, accompanied by a variety of delicious salads from varying parts of the world. I'll be coming back tomorrow, that's for sure.More

Simple basic gourmet soul food homy atmosphere warm and welcoming hospitality by chef Shulli and her partner Ariella. Best place to eat in San Juanillo . Stoped for breakfast on the way to the beautiful beaches of Juanillo and Lunch on the way back.The fish...tacos and chicken meatballs are a must. thank you Shulli and AriellaMore
