For me, the best part about Mia Za's was how much you could customize everything. I opted for a "pick 2" of pasta and soup and was not disappointed. I'm an extremely picky eater so being able to select exactly what I wanted on my pasta was ideal. My husband is a bit more adventurous so he could order exactly... More

Went to dinner at Mia Za's on homecoming night. Food was great, lots of flavor. Quick service for as busy as it was.

This was my first time to Mia Za's and it was great. They were very efficient in taking all of our orders and the food was great. We all had something different and everyone loved the meal.

Our interest was peaked by the menu in the window that showed us the ability to customize our order, so we have it a shot. The service was fast, the food was average. We both had individual pizzas - and really liked the crust, but the rest was just ok. With so many other options on State St - I... More

Had the 11" margarita pizza on special for $5. Cooked and ready in five minutes. Lots of specialty pizzas including gluten free ( wife says it was excellent).Friendly staff but they do not sell beer

First time eating here (Madison, WI restaurant on State Street) and it was pretty good. My wife is gluten free and there were plenty of choices for her. I would equate it to Panera but with more choices. They also have fruit smoothies and pizza. Recommended for those who want to avoid the chain restaurants and try something you build... More

I feel the menu was made WAY more difficult than necessary. You had to fill out a menu that had too many things and even specified how exactly to fill in the bubbles. Felt like I was taking a test. Made us wish we went to Noodles and Company for sure. The pizzas were pretty good but sloppy in their... More

Unless the newest ingredient in Greek Salad is black olives out of the can, this restaurant needs to revise its menu. I ordered a salad there and it was basically just chopped up iceberg lettuce, some onion, and black olives out of the can slathered with bottled dressing. Big mistake.

This mix-and-match, create-your-own restaurant is inexpensive, but a great casual place to get exactly what you want for dinner. You can create your own pizza, sandwich, salad, or any combination, you can add soup or fruit, and it all comes out perfect. You want a BBQ-hawaiian pizza on whole wheat crust? No problem. You want zucchini and extra garlic in... More

At first glance this restaurant seems like a "noodles and company" type restaurant with lots of choices. While it does offer many options to customize each dish offered (or you can simply order the standard dishes with no customization) the food is really not that good and portions are SMALL!! When you walk in, there is a counter where you... More
