Beautiful hotel and very nice spa. So relaxing to have all your needs under one roof. Staff in the entire hotel, spa, shops etc. are very courteous and helpful.

Stopped in for the new years day breakfast buffet. Neat old world atmosphere but a little run down . The food was ok but nothing special. Way over priced ! Not likely to be back .

We ate at the Friday night Seafood Buffet at The Arlington based on reviews here on Trip Advisor. While reviews on the the regular menu were mixed, most that I read about the seafood buffet, were excellent, so we gave it a shot. I should preface this by saying that we are in no way, food snobs. Not even close.... More

The food was top notch! The staff was in a rush and made me feel like I had to eat in a hurry so I didn't get to savor my meal. It was delightful. The room was so dark we joked about it. I'm all for ambiance but it's nice to be able to see across the table! LOL Hot... More

I LOVE the Arlington and it's well-deserved place in history. The beauty of this historic hotel and it's grounds is worth seeing, even though it shows it's age, has a musty odor, and requires repairs. Thankfully, the Arlington still claims it's place in history and stands as a living testament of BEAUTIFUL architectural craftsmanship that scant few craftsmen would even... More

Wow, the Arlington is worth visiting. My husband and I had cocktails and met some great locals who said the place has hardly changed at all since Capone hung out there. We saw the door to his suite (4th floor), checked out the pool area, and wish we would've stayed a night there. Great location and the history alone is... More

The service is fair to good, but the food is inconsistent and over rated. I've had brunch and dinner there and it's a poor value for the price.

Went in here for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. Walked in and there was one table with utensils and menus set up. Nothing on other tables. Nobody in there. No sign that they served lunch. The bartender was working behind the bar, and a clearly uniformed waitstaff person standing at the bar talking to him. After standing there a few... More

My husband and I had Anniversary dinner reservations for 7:00. When we walked in we waited at the podium for 10 min. before someone even acknowledged us and they were not busy. After being seated we ordered Champaign. Our waiter brought the ice bucket with Champaign but no glasses. After waiting for them we ordered our meal which took some... More
