We were in town for a few days and looking for seafood for dinner. Came across Cajun Boilers in our hotel magazine and decided to give it a try. We were seated right away. Since it was our first time there, our server, Tyler, walked us through the menu and made suggestions. He pointed us to the Crawfish Dip appetizer.... More

The food was good and server was good also. It did appear that the hostess was a little overrun though.

The food & service was great. We went for lunch and I did feel the place needed better/more lighting.

Over 20 years ago this Yankee moved to the Hot Springs area. Cajun Boilers was strongly recommended to us and we are now in love with their wonderful food. From their shrimp and frog legs to their fried or grilled Cat Fish you just can't beat the food. I also must mention their Gumbo and Crawfish. Their menu is full... More

Although you can not find really good Cajun food outside of South Louisiana, Cajun Boilers came pretty close. They had a large selection of dishes from fried to broiled to boiled. I had the Catfish Atchafalaya. The catfish was very good as was the sauce full of crabmeat and crawfish. Another good thing they have is the oysters on the... More

Food was cold, baked potato had been cooked and then warmed up tasted old. Expensive prices for the quality of food.

First visit Saturday, 3/18. Staff was friendly and welcoming! For appetizers we ordered Deep Fried Crawfish Tails; they were delicious! I sprinkled Tony Chachere seasoning on mine, because I prefer Spicy Cajun flavors. We also tried the Gumbo; it was very tasty and very spicy, yea! My husband had a shrimp po-boy and fries, and ate my salad. He said... More

Ten years ago, there would be a waiting line outside on friday and saturday nights. Not now. The food is still pretty good, but it is expensive for what you get. Salads are iceberg bag lettuce and bottled Ranch. Service is often bad even when not busy. It still is nice to order crab claws and cold beer and eat... More

Good cold beer....crawfish were excellent. Red beans and rice were just ok. Wanted to try the boudin, but was stuffed after putting down 3 lbs of mudbugs. Oysters were nice and briny, with a fresh gulf taste.
