Coffee was really nice, but the young women was surly, did not smile. Needs some customer facing tuition. Had one earlier in the week and was served by an older women, much better. Smiled and exchanged conversation
This is definitely the best coffee we had in Kampot and we also went to Cafe Espresso. I prefer my coffee not flowery so perfect. Came three times for coffee.
Did not try food but the cheesecake and brownie cake was average
It is for me, THE place to go if you are in Kampot, the staff is really nice, the food salty or sweet is amazing! The best in Kampot for me! I tried a lot on the menu and it was always a delight. The...coffee is just incredible good. You will have many choice and it is not that expensive.
Don't missed this spot.More
Our group of 6 found this unassuming place by chance and not we're glad we did. Their coffee is the best we've found in Kampot so far and the smoked salmon bagel is perfect. It's also big enough for two to share.
I called into Natural Coffee restaurant again this time for breakfast with a friend ... I had a double expresso coffee (US$1.75) and my friend had double expresso coffee and a toasted bagel (US$4.25) ... we agreed that the coffees were great and my friend...said the toasted bagel with jam and cream cheese tasted very good ... the staff were friendly and the food was prepared quickly and nicely presented ... the free wifi was good as I was able to update my ipad applications (about 600 MB) ... would give 5 stars except there were customers smoking at tables on the footpath and the smoke drifted into the restaurantMore
As a fairly regular visitor to Kampot (I do a visa run every 3 months) I tend to stick to the places I like best. However, as Kampot is getting busier and busier some establishments are lossing my customs. It seams that many now have...the attitude of "why do we care. You won't be here tomorrow". Unfortunately Natural Coffee is taking that attitude. I ordered a cappuccino and plain cheesecake. What I got was a latte coffee ( no froth) and cheesecake with dollops of jam on top. I mentioned that what I got was not what I ordered and although the staff do understand some English, they just shrugged thier shoulder. I took the coffee and cheesecake up to the counter and again said that that was not my order. They then presented me with the bill to which I said I was not paying. That's where the game changed..... The owner appeared and without trying to resolve the matter, started shouting at me that I was not a good customer and that I was verbally abusing the staff. I tried my best to explain but the owner was not interested and said that I must now pay an extra $1 to compensate the harrasment that I ellegibly caused the staff. Owner shouting, myself calmly explaining, other customers looking on in disgust. After about 10 minutes of getting no where I had had enough and finally raised my voice and told the owner where to stick it. I payed, and on the way out accidentally (yea right) knocked my coffee over the counter. This caused more abuse from the owner as I left. But hey, I won't be here tomorrow, so what do I care!More
This place started off very strongly, and has steadily fallen by the wayside. This was and still is my regular stop in Kampot when passing through to Sihanoukville or back to PP. Used to really love it, but it has gone down hill, the service...is ordinary, the cleanliness is ordinary, and I think UHT milk in the coffee.......no good.More
We dropped in here yesterday . I ordered penang curry and my husband got the chicken and cashew nut. Both dishes were beautiful and the best Thai food I've had for some time. Staff were attentive and very friendly. I'm going back today to get...a dish to takeaway so I can eat it on the train . Highly recommendedMore
I called into Natural Coffee restaurant today for a late lunch ... I had arguably the best vegetarian massaman curry I have ever eaten for US$3.75 (and I have had heaps of massaman curries in Thailand and Lao) ... super friendly English speaking staff (with...one Thai speaker)More
