Won't find a Awesome, draft brew, small hole in the wall on the Kampot rverside, cosy atmosphere pub anywhere. Personal service is unparalleled. Neil goes out of his way with local , first class recommendations on anything and everything... Belly up to the barfor a friendly smoke and tasty adult beverage for a rewarding and educational travel experience.

Highlight of Kampot!

We happened upon this awesome pub on the riverside! Great owner Neil, Andrew (bartender), locals, and other random travellers like ourselves! It’s a place you stop for one and stay for a few!! Can’t recommend this gem of a place more…it will make your holiday! Exceptional people!!!

Not As Advertised

My wife and I read all the reviews and made a point of going to Oh Neils for Dinner and drinks and to listen to some live music. Unfortunately we found out that they don’t serve food at all and they don’t have any music. It would be a nice drinking bar but that’s it. I’m not even sure that they have the space for a single or duo let alone a full band. Disappointed for sure.

Nice place to meet people

I enjoyed a couple of nights here while I was in Kampot. They serve nice food have friendly service and nice drinks. Good place to meet people and O'Neil is nice guy.

My friend and I had a great evening at Oh Neil's Bar ! The staff is very firendly and the atmosphere is very nice. The place is very well located and the food is also delicious, I absolutely want to go back !

Very Fun Pub

We had a good time at this pub. Very friendly staff and great drinks. Recommended for drinks before or after dinner (no food served). We had a great chat with the owner, and got lots of recommendations from him.

A must visit pub

What a great place for a pre-dinner drink - because the advice on where to eat is superb. With so many small restaurants along Riverside and just inland, a visitor needs help. But that is only part of the story - it is a good old fashioned bar where introductions come before you can order. And the service is prompt but in no ways pushy. Go visit - well worth it

Okay for a quick drink!

On the road in front of the river which is mental busy. Close to other pubs and eateries which we spent more time and money in. Oh Neil's is a bit overpriced and not very friendly bit of a strange vibe here to be honest... We didn't stay too long!

A must stop in Kampot

Popped in on our first night in Kampot and were warmly greeted. Great whiskey selection and even better service. Went back for more on our second night. The Whiskey was flowing and tried a good local cider in between I’ve cold draughts. Great mix of travelers to chat with, and Neil and Sreymom are a lot of fun! Thanks again!! - Jeff & Danielle

Great Little Rock bar with great drinks and service

Our Tuk Tuk driver brought us here due to a misunderstanding, we wanted Reilly’s bar but we decided to stay for T least 1 drink. So clad we did as we ended up staying for the remainder of the evening. It’s bar service so don’t expect to be served at your table but the service is quick, the drinks are strong and cheap. The music is an eclectic mix of rock, jazz, soul and reggae. The staff and clientele are really friendly and we had a decent conversation with a couple of Canadian guys and a German. A really good night.

Excellent spot for a drink

We have a thing of visiting Irish bars around the world after we started the planning of our round the world trip hiding from the rain in one in Lisbon. Oh Neil’s is one of our favourites so far. Great atmosphere and setting.
