This place is in the heart of downtown Greensboro, in what appears to be a fairly old building with a high ceiling and worn wooden floor. One wall is mostly covered with a mural; other walls display work from local artists. There's lots of open space, unlike what you'd find in a chain coffee shop. I dropped by on a... More

The Green Bean has been one of Greensboro's favorite coffee-shops for a number of years. Excellent coffee, and even a nice craft beer selection.

I am a coffee snob admittedly. I love strong serious coffee but I also have my moments where I must have a lavender latte. I have been here multiple times and gotten the lavender latte. The last time I had it, I couldn't taste the lavender and the coffee seemed watery but usually there is a different barista and she... More

This is my favorite coffee shop ever. The atmosphere is relaxing, warm, and inviting. The coffee is great and the staff is friendly. I've been coming here for two years now and it's great for studying, catching up with friends, or just relaxing. In my personal opinion its one of the best places in Greensboro.

I stopped here on recommendation of a friend, and i'm so glad I did. I'm pretty picky on my coffee being a Miami girl (such a sucker for strong Cuban coffee). that being said I like a good local place. This fit the bill. Vanilla latte was really good. I also grabbed a cheese danish, it was super huge and... More

We stopped for lunch after touring Belmont Abbey college after one of the student tour guides recommended it. My husband and I shared the Figgy pizza- it was absolutely delicious. The service is wonderful and the ambiance of the restaurant is totally charming. My daughter did not care for her salad, and the waitress quickly replaced it with a better... More

If you want a good cup of coffee and relax reading your iPad/computer, this is the place to go. Better than Starbucks coffee.

Just stopped by for a cup or coffee on my way to work. Service and coffee were both fantastic. Blah this has to be 100 characters but how can someone just go on and on and on about how awesome coffee is.

We are not big coffee drinkers, but I took my sister here when she came into town and we loved it! Both drinks we ordered were great, service was personable and friendly, and the strawberry scone was delicious!!! A variety of seating areas depending on your needs (quiet vs social), outlets for your electronic devices, and even a cute deck/patio... More
