This place could be updated some. Food was good but prices kind of high for what you got. Waitresses seemed to be more friendly to their regular customers than us just visiting. French toast was good. Belgium waffle was good, but pricey for the 1 waffle. Service wasn't the greatest.

The eggs were over cooked and the home fries were deep fried and lacking flavor. I was not impressed, it's a typical greasy spoon breakfast place.

our overall experience was good. The customer service was more than we expected. The food was really good. It was our little girls birthday and she ordered the french toast with strawberries and she enjoyed it. The serving size was excellent you every worth of your money on your plate. Biscuit and gravy was off the chain.

I loved the baked Apple Pancake. It is as big as your plate with lots of apples in it. It takes 10-12 minutes to bake it. I also tried the 3 eye scrambler with bacon and ham in it. The food sticks with you for hiking or driving.

Service and food were great! My boyfriend got a side order of biscuits and gravy, and that was big enough to be his whole meal! Would highly recommend.

All the pancake houses are always so packed. Atrium pancakes is a great place to grab good pancakes without waiting in long lines or long time to get service.

Now that Mountain Lodge is gone, we had to find a new spot for breakfast. Because it's "in the family" the Atrium was recommended to us. The atmosphere is dated but it doesn't matter because the staff are so friendly and food delicious! They are known for their giant apple pancake but we chose traditional LeConte breakfasts which were great.... More

Found this place by mistake and we're glad we did. Everything we ordered was great and we also had a great waitress who made sure our time there was enjoyable.

Go here! Order the baked apple pancake. You will NOT regret it. It is huge but it is delicious even as leftovers. I could barely eat half of it, so it was actually my breakfast for two days. I can't say enough good things about it! Our server was very sweet, too!

I will visit this restaurant each time I visit Gatlinburg, TN and just absolutely LOVE their food. Have never been for lunch but their breakfast is worth the drive from either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Their baked apple pancake is sooo good. Need more than one person to eat this thing because it is huge. Highly recommend going for breakfast... More
