Positives: nice wood, nice staff, very good breakfasts, a number of items taken straight from the garden Negatives: not very intimate dining....really set up for groups; very high wine prices; other than breakfast, not that interesting of a menu and not particularly great food Unless i was a local with no other real choice, I would not go out of... Considering the challenges of serving food in a location where everything must come in by boat or plane and the staff is all seasonal (May - Sept) I thought that we got very good food at the restaurant. No, not everything was "gourmet" but it was all made with care and my wife and I were quite happy with the... More

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are all great! Good variety, good quality and great taste. Fresh home baked breads and pastries are really tasty! Chocolate Chip Waffles were the big hit for breakfast!

They had a small shop, the staff were not very friendly, and most of the inventory was gone. I suggest you get something from the other shops before going to wait for the trip

The Bear Track is a pricey experience. The food and service were good, but it cost an additional twenty dollars for transportation to the lodge (it's eight or nine miles outside of Gustavus) on top of a hundred dollar tab plus tip for pork chops and a beer for two people. The grounds and lodge are really nice.

Was not as good as advertised. They say you can get gourmet meal, but the food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was below average.

We all agreed that our stay at the Bear Track was by far the best. The staff, especially Jason, The food was excellent-even our packed lunches for excursions- very gourmet!!!! Great... More

Usually 4 main course items that change nightly. Always good choices and well prepared food. You are served 3 meals a day if you are staying at the Bear Track Inn, and they are all excellent!
