A group of eight of us dined here in a Friday night. We had reservations which probably weren’t necessary that night (low season). Our waiter and wonderful and our meals were served quick and hot. All were happy with the dishes ordered! Good pasta. Fun...More

My husband and I went here twice while in Silver City. Once for dinner and the next day for breakfast. We found the location right in the Historic District in town very convenient since we had been walking around. The service is great! Everyone is...More

A local suggested checking out Vicki's for filet night. Upon arrival, had to use the restroom. Was sent thru the kitchen (are you kidding me?) to a unisex, single stall hole in the wall bathroom. Ordered drinks. Wife got ice tea that tasted like it...More

We stopped in for lunch one day. The food was just okay, but an interesting place. Their Mexican ice cream, which has chili and cumin in it was fascinating-tasting and delicious and well-worth the whole visit. We'd probably go back again.

Few "very good" restaurants in Silver City. Most will fill you up, but beyond the quaintness of the old mining town, you won"t be impressed. We had the pleasure to have a Friday night meal here during the 3 day weekend. Situated in a turn...More

I ordered a build-your-own-omelet (spinach, cheese, and green chili). The omelet was so greasy because of all the cheese that was melted on top. The white of the eggs in the omelet weren't fully cooked so they were runny. The potatoes were also very greasy....More

Daniel K. I am sorry your breakfast was not up to our high standards. Something definately was not right if this is how your breakfast was served. Will review with the kitchen staff.

We had a decent dinner here, but we keep remembering all the great food we have had in the Silver City restaurants that have closed. The loss of great restaurants is a real loss for historic cities like this. If it were not for Bear...More

Personally, I don't much care about dogs in restaurants if they're well behaved. They're less of an intrusion than so many kids are. As to the law, well that's another story.
