Home made rolls!!!! I LOVE the soups, sandwiches. The turkey LDC is my fave. The green chile soup is to die for and the salads are HUGE and delicious!

The owner actually is glad to see you here. The seating is a few indoor tables and a sweet outdoor patio. I think the building must have been a gas station back in the day. It is not too loud, and it isn't overly busy, but popular with the local crowd that wants wholesome, fresh food. They offer great salads... More

Saw a review for this place so went in with a friend to try the food. Fond human hairs in the hummus and salsa. Will never return again since owners husband when told just try to laugh it off

but my mom never cooked like this! We just made our annual pilgrimage to have lunch with Manny at Cafe Un Mundo. As always, the combination of great, freshly prepared food and good vibes made for another memorable visit. We had two youngsters with us this time - we don't have grandchildren but when we are in Silver City we... More

We had been trying to find an opportunity to visit Cafe Un Mundo and today we finally stopped in for lunch. The hours are quite limited but this is part of the charm and fits in with the total experience. The roasted red pepper and lentil soup was amazing! It tasted like it was full of only the finest ingredients.... More

Four of us had lunch there last week. We had soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts. What a lovely lunch! ALL of our lunches were wonderful. And the soups- I've never called anyone a "Soup Master," before, but it definitely applies here. Even the two different ice teas were great. It was a beautiful day and we dined in the back... More

Un Mondo closes around 2 PM. They serve wonderful soup and salads. They also have sandwiches. It is intimate and friendly. On warm days you can sit outside in the back garden.

All the food is made fresh daily and often features food with a local flair. Ambiance is lovely because it actually has TREES for outdoor dining.

Well known lunch stop with outdoor patio eating area and air-conditioned indoor seating. The building provides extra charm - an old-style filling station - perhaps from the 1930s - rehabed into a friendly little eating establishment with surprisingly fresh, creative cooking.
