Pastries are excellent, coffee is ok, would be nice if they had more seating but you know it's a place that you go just to pick up stuff and take home or take up and eat on a bench in the park. Nice addition to the neighborhood.

Every time I stay in Brooklyn I managed to come to Kolsons. It's just simply delightful way to start today. The pastries or fresh coffee is wonderful and the environment is just so blessed. Don't miss Colson Patisserie if you're staying or visiting in the Park Slope District Brooklyn.

We found an amazing almond tart here that served 12 people. Lovely taste. Nice small place with quality goods. New cashier was a bit flustered.

Decent place to start the day; can't say the coffee is great, and the pastries are average, served by below average staff.

This is one of my favorite spots for breakfast! Quiet, warm, nice staff, great coffee and a huge selection of delicious pastries! I tried almost everything and so far I've never been disappointed. I even recommend their baguettes! And also their gf cakes are impressive!

This was a delightful place for a scrumptious breakfast treat in Brooklyn. I had the egg, ham and cheese on a croissant and it was fabulous. A popular place with few tables. Although it took some time for the sandwich to be served, it was worth the wait.

The coffee, pastries and sandwiches are all delicious. Go at off hours if you want to avoid the crowds. We particularly recommend their mini financiers, which we like shipping to friends as holiday gifts, etc.

I love this patisserie. Their egg ham and cheese croissant is perfection. The cherry filled pastry was delicious and not too sweet. The staff is great and so are the prices. The space is on the small side but bright and cheerful. You get the feeling that they take pride in serving a quality product. I would recommend the staff... More

Have never had a sandwich, just treats. Everything I have tried has been soooo good. Try the teddy bear cookies, it's great.

I almost didn't review this, because - goodness - everyone knows Colson's! But I couldn't help myself. Here's the deal - if you're in Park Slope, Brooklyn, this is where you begin your perfect day. It's small, it's cosy, it's located on 9th St. and 6th Ave. The coffee is about as perfect as it gets, and the pastries are... More
