I stopped by on a recent trip to Fairbanks for another fish'n'chips meal. Service was fast, conversation with local folks at the counter was friendly and the food was good. I enjoy the unique atmosphere of the place along with the nice drive down Goldstream Road to get there (drove down from Cleary Summit). Definitely recommend!

My wife and I ate at Ivory Jacks on a recommendation from a few locals. The bar/restaurant is unique with an Alaskan flare. I ordered the halibut and fries and my wife ordered the halibut sandwich and fries. The meal it's self was good enough but a bit pricey. With the 2 meals with soda and my wifes almost $9... More

Ivory Jack's is worth the short drive out Goldstream! The food & drinks are great and the restaurant has a unique atmosphere. It is a local place that welcomes visitors.

Wow! Their steak fries are huge hand cut slices of potato and cooked to perfection. The fries came with a side of burger. I would have given a fifth star if the burger was a bit bigger. However it was delicious. The one I ate had unique combinations for its toppings; bacon, Swiss cheese, and guacamole. It's a bit of... More

Ivory Jack's was a little bit out of town but well worth the quick drive. The restaurant itself is fun and entertaining. The laminated articles and artifacts on the wall were fun to peruse while waiting for our food. The servers were very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and plentiful. Even the steamed veggies that were included with... More

Small group (5) dinner on a Wed night, service was slow and the food was not great. Halibut appetizer was overcooked, tasteless and overpriced even by AK standards. Interesting decor, good for Elvis and Yankees fans. Okay selection of draft beers, at least they had Alaska Amber on tap-the highlight of this evening out.

A real Goldstream Valley hangout, fine for a burger and brew, but I wouldn't even consider it for "fine dining"; it's not that kind of place...
