It's just an old restaurant. Not really nostalgic, just touristy. Overpriced, mediocre food. I wanted to get a salad, but they were all $20. Friendly staff. Do not waste your money here. There are much better places to eat in Fairbanks.
We walked around the downtown area and then came here for lunch. We had burgers and they were delicious. The ambiance is old time with old photos and license plates hung on the walls.
