Food is fresh and delicious but sometimes a little slow. Enjoy eating here. Shwarma is great as are the kebabs

Standard Israeli fare in American quantities. Small but friendly place if you dont mind the kitchen staff yelling at each other!

I have eaten in this small kosher meat restaurant multiple times. The food is great. They have some standard meat/veggie/starch options and great middle eastern foods. The pita bread is thick and moist. The problem with the restaurant is the service. It has always been not great, but seems to have declined. I still recommend the restaurant because of the... More

My son is visiting from Jerusalem and we chose Jerusalem Pita and Grill to give him a taste of "home". He immediately declared it totally authentic. We started with the appetizer "teaser" which is six separate salads including baba ganoush, tabouli, beet salad, carrot salad hummus and "matbuha" which is a spread of red pepper and tomato. These are served... More

We almost left because restaurant was crowded, noisy, and hot, and not so clean, but glad we stayed b/c the food was delicious. Recommend go at off-peak hours.

My friends and I spotted this tiny little place, and decided to try it. What a great decision! We all love Mediterranean food, and there was much to be had. One of my friends ordered a large appetizer plate which was amazing. Among the items on her tray were Hummus, Tabouli, Babaganoush, a Beet dish, and a Roasted Tomato dish.... More

The first thing I want to note is how good and fresh the home made pita is. It's unlike anything you'd buy in a package at the supermarket. The felafel is crispy and very tasty, served with the best tahini sauce (this is made from chickpeas). If you like vegetarian, you can definitely get that here. They also serve a... More

My friend from out of town is Kosher, so I needed to find a restaurant that he could eat at. He always enjoyed shawarma so I came across Jerusalem Pita in Brookline. He and I ordered the chicken shawarma wrapped in a laffa, we asked for it without tahini but had them add matbucha (which is "cooked salad" in Arabic),... More

Best hummus in Boston! We are so happy to find out about Jerusalem Pita and the very first time we tried their hummus, we fell in love with it. For the following weeks, we have been back every week for the hummus. They are the best in town!
