If you have been on the road all day, and the Rib Eye is not far from your motel, you could do worse, but not much, since most of them adhere to similar standards of commercial viability.

Recently ate dinner here and was seated quickly with no wait on a weekend night. Had the ribeye and it was cooked correctly and was tender with a good flavor. On the downside my girlfriend had the fried shrimp which were way over cooked. Stick with the steak.

My wife and I had dinner at the Rib-Eye last November and I ordered the Rib-Eye medium. I have eaten there numerous times over the last 40 years. I even chose the restaurant for my parents 50th wedding anniversary in 1994. For steaks it was the class of Fort Smith. On my trip last fall the service was OK but... More

We were there for late lunch, early dinner so not many inside yet. Charlotte took great care of us and the food was excellent! Will definitely stop there again if we're in the area.

Stopped in after leaving the Carmike theatre. It was around 4:00 p.m. and we were the only customers there, which was a little spooky. I had the Rib Eye and my wife had the Catfish. We were pleasantly surprised. It was the best Rib Eye I have had in a good long while. The wife's fish was good as well.

Liked we got our food fast. Disliked that the biscuits were very salty, almost like your were licking a salt block. My steak was tough and bland. Our server was very nice.

We were very impressed ! Loved the atmosphere. We like classy but casual and this is the perfect place. Fried pickles Yum Yum! The Ribeyes were scrumptous and cooked to perfection. My husband had the 18 oz and I had the 12 oz. They also have little private rooms that's awesome. The only negative thing I can think of is,... More

Have been going to the Rib-Eye off and on for years. The owners now have really stepped up on quality. Great service, and love the rustic decor, brings back the good ol' days. Will be back!

Years ago we used to go here for parties and special occasions. After moving back to the area after living away for many years we decided to see if the Rib Eye was still worth a visit. I must admit the place looked a little run down and I was a bit worried. But the biscuits with apple butter took... More

The food is good, it is pricey. If you want to go out every now and then and have a big expensive steak or seafood dinner, with privacy, go here.
