While in Savannah, we tried fried green tomatoes at 5 different restaurants: The Cotton Exchange had the best, hands down. When trying to decided what to drink, the waitress walked by with a Bloody Mary. I chose that...and it was delicious! The shrimp salad was...excellent, also. When back in Savannah I will return to this gem!More

Shout out to Will, the manager, for seating me and my 8 friends without a reservation. The service here was OUTSTANDING! Will even served us himself! He was extremely efficient and the food was delicious. I asked for no tomatoes on my chicken wrap, and...Will said when it was ready there were tomatoes on it, so he got the cook to make another one and ended up not charging me for it, which was not necessary but SO considerate! I highly recommend this restaurant!More

We have been to this little restaurant and bar dozens of times, the food and atmosphere is always phenomenal. Miss Jean, is the best bartender to have if you go there you must ask her to Be your bartender. We have been going there for...the better part of 15 to 20 years and she’s always been a pleasure to talk to. Their group provides an onion rings are off the chain all their food is really really good.More

My wife and I had lunch in this historic building while visiting Savannah. The shrimp and grits were amazing, as well as the crap coup (chowder). Sidney, our server, was great. Overall, it was a wonderful experience

Liked the place so much we went back 1 more time on a 3 day trip. The fried green tomatoes were fantastic. Bartender was very good, did not get her name but she's been there forever. Only ate appetizers both times, but they were great.

Our waiter was prompt and helpful. We had shrimp and fish baskets and both were very good. If we would have had more time we would have eaten here again. Also had a fun atmosphere!

The Seafood boil was terrific! Crab and corn chowder was a little too spicy for me, but very good Lobster bisque was great.

Another nice dinner out with a co-worker and his Fiance. We ate earlier tonight to make up for our late night last night. Sunny and pleasant short walk from the Hampton Inn. We had the Parmesan encrusted grouper (picture attached - delicious); and lobster bisque...(picture attached- also delicious); he also had a Tybee crab soup he really liked and his Fiance had the Mahi that she must have really enjoyed because there was nothing left . My couple of glasses of Chardonnay helped the post work day stress level subside!More

Came here last month for a girls’ trip. Our first stop was the Cottion Exchange for lunch. Our waitress was friendly and it’s a cool, old building, but the food was average. I probably wouldn’t go back.

We walked in, amid several groups that were waiting around the bar. Apparently on a "conference night" a two-top is much easier to score, than a 4-6-or 8-top.
