This local dive bar is not to be overlooked. We went for Happy Hour and enjoyed some really tasty Peel em & Eat em Boiled Shrimp. Served fresh and hot with cocktail sauce; tasty, plump and GOOD! The draft beer was iced cold too. Just...More

Found this little spot by accident on our honeymoon and was just what the doctor ordered. We stayed all night... great open mic night on Tuesdays with amazing music and even more amazing people. Food was suprisingly delicious since bars don't have the best reputation...More

Despite featuring in Savannah's Concierge dining guide it was VERY disappointing. The chowder was so thick you nearly need a knife and fork to eat it. The place was not very clean and I get the impression they are geared up for the later night...More

We stopped off here for a drink and decided to stay for dinner. One of the best Bloody Mary's I have ever had. I got the crawfish Poboy with crinkle fries. Just YUM. Tons of crawfish. It was great! However, my sister ordered the blackened...More

We enjoyed the live music and our Low Country Boil was good (especially the sausage!). There was one waitress who seemed overwhelmed, though I wasn't sure why. She disappeared for 30 minutes while we were waiting for our food. The cook rang for her several...More

The Bayou cafe has some of the best southern food I have ever eaten. The etouffte was rich and thick and filled with shrimp. My husband had the crayfish first (perfectly cooked) then the jambalaya. He said he hadn't had jambalaya that good in years....More

I think it would be fine for an earlier dinner. There are TONS of restaurants on the water, though. You can always pop in, look around, and decide to move on to another place fairly easily.

Thank you for contacting The Bayou Cafe! Unfortunately we do not serve spaghetti. We do however have shrimp and fish dishes in a traditional butter & garlic sauce with Penne pasta.
