Our dinner here was truly excellent. She had the veal picata and I the crispy duck. Both delightful. And yet the caesar salad was almost the high point...it was outstanding, maybe the best ever.

This is a classic of Savannah that never gets dated or dull. The place is elegant, graceful and is a trusted location for generations of locals and tourists alike. Try to get seated upstairs....it is beautiful. The crispy scored flounder is always perfection as is...More

The food here was incredible. We started with French onion soup and stuffed mushrooms as appetizers then enjoyed the veal Marsala and swordfish special and ended with chocolate cheese cake. The food alone is a reason to go here but add to that the attentive...More

We went here for dinner on our first night (reservations through Open Table). They don’t have a kids menu, which isn’t a big turnoff. They were able to take a spaghetti dinner and split it 3 ways - enough for two 10 year olds and...More

This place was recommended by an acquaintance who travels to Savannah routinely for work. He specifically recommended the crispy scored flounder, and it was quite possibly the best seafood dish I have ever eaten. Tender, crispy and tasty. Accompanied with the Garibaldi salad and a...More

We dined here on our last night in Savannah. It was a bit far to walk from our hotel, so we ended up driving. Given that Garibaldi's is just across the street from the City Market area, street parking is very limited. We ended up...More

It is within walking distance of both the Hampton Inn on Bay St. and the one on Oglethorpe/MLK Blvd. Maybe a 10 minute walk.
