We thought we got lucky when offered an opening 3 hours earlier than our scheduled 9PM reservation, but our "luck" ran out after that. My wife and I have enjoyed fine dining in many of the top Restaraunts around the country, and are by no means finicky or demanding, but this place was the worst! I am hard pressed to... More

I made an 8:30pm reservation almost two months out. Arrived at 8:25 and reported in, and was told our table was being prepared and they would come and get us. The couple behind us were seated in less than five minutes. After 15 minutes of watching other parties arrive and be seated immediately I returned to the desk, and was... More

My partner and I went to Aqueous while we were staying at Nemacolin resort, and overall, it was our favorite eatery at the resort with very good food and a nice view of the golf course. The only meal we ate here was breakfast, and a late breakfast at that. The restaurant is located within a different portion of the... More

Had an excellent dinner here. The food was incredible, especially the steaks. Nice wine list. The service was also very good. It is somewhat pricey though.

Nemocolin has several restaurants, but we enjoyed Aqueous the most. It is located in Falling Rock right on the golf course. It is a drive to the main resort so if you are not there primarily for a golf experience you might want to stay in the main lodge. We had nice service and a delicious steak. The food is... More

I ate here while staying at the resort for a work function. I have had the priveldge to eat at many great restaraunts and this me is not even close. I ordered the $13 caesar salad to start and it was the worst caesar salad I have ever had. This is an example of a chef trying too hard, and... More

The good: filets were cooked to perfection; Malbec wine paired nicely with steaks; the salmon tartar starter and the salted caramel cheesecake treat to finish were both outstanding; ambience very nice; restaurant and surrounding rooms striking. Service was very good. The bad: Caesar salad bitter and unlike any Caesar we had ever had. Meat and vegetables (spinach) way too salty--made... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! The sea bass and chicken were phenomenal and the wait staff were attentive and professional! We will certainly be dining here again!

Enjoyed the breakfast twice for a weekend stay! Enjoyed the wonderful food, great staff and beautiful location. Pricy but worth it in my opinion.

Not inexpensive, but cheap compared to Lautrec. Good food and wine selection. My wife had the veal dish. Excellent. I had Chilean Sea Bass. A little skimpy but very good. I'd give it an 8.

Nestled inside Nemacolin Woodlands Resort's AAA Five-Diamond Falling Rock Boutique Hotel, Aqueous boasts table to ceiling views of the magnificent Pennsylvania Laurel Highlands and the 18th hole of the Pete Dye designed, PGA tour-tested, Mystic Rock Golf Course.

The cuisine at Aqueous takes the upscale steakhouse concept to an entirely new level. The menu features American Cuisine using the finest domestic ingredients with strong emphasis on local product & seasonal cooking.

In conjunction with cuisine comes the love of wine. Aqueous offers guests a relaxed, yet personalized sommelier service.
