BEST Filet Mignon I've ever had. Cooked and flavored to perfection. Brussels Sprouts lightly deep fried were amazing. We had a reservation and were seated as soon as we arrived. Service was impeccable and our waitress Miranda was excellent.

We took our grandsons to dinner. They both wanted the aged beef . They had a choice of 7 sauces and asked our excellent waitress Miranda to explain each sauce . They selected their sauce and side and both said best steak they ever had . We opted for the Chialian sea bass. Shared 2 desserts. Very pleasant evening.

Our family was more than pleased with every aspect of this lovely restaurant. The setting is beautiful, the service is outstanding, and our food was absolutely delicious. The dishes we enjoyed included the sea bass, the filet mignon, and the New York strip. Everything was cooked to perfection and our party, which included three teenagers, was very happy with the... We thought we got lucky when offered an opening 3 hours earlier than our scheduled 9PM reservation, but our "luck" ran out after that. My wife and I have enjoyed fine dining in many of the top Restaraunts around the country, and are by no means finicky or demanding, but this place was the worst! I am hard pressed to... More

I made an 8:30pm reservation almost two months out. Arrived at 8:25 and reported in, and was told our table was being prepared and they would come and get us. The couple behind us were seated in less than five minutes. After 15 minutes of watching other parties arrive and be seated immediately I returned to the desk, and was... More

My partner and I went to Aqueous while we were staying at Nemacolin resort, and overall, it was our favorite eatery at the resort with very good food and a nice view of the golf course. The only meal we ate here was breakfast, and a late breakfast at that. The restaurant is located within a different portion of the... More

Had an excellent dinner here. The food was incredible, especially the steaks. Nice wine list. The service was also very good. It is somewhat pricey though.

Nemocolin has several restaurants, but we enjoyed Aqueous the most. It is located in Falling Rock right on the golf course. It is a drive to the main resort so if you are not there primarily for a golf experience you might want to stay in the main lodge. We had nice service and a delicious steak. The food is... More

I ate here while staying at the resort for a work function. I have had the priveldge to eat at many great restaraunts and this me is not even close. I ordered the $13 caesar salad to start and it was the worst caesar salad I have ever had. This is an example of a chef trying too hard, and... More

Description
Aqueous proudly offers refined cuisine & stylish service in our Frank Lloyd Wright inspired restaurant. Nestled inside Nemacolin Woodlands Resort's AAA Five-Diamond Falling Rock Boutique Hotel, Aqueous boasts table to ceiling views of the magnificent Pennsylvania Laurel Highlands and the 18th hole of the Pete Dye designed, PGA tour-tested, Mystic Rock Golf Course.

The cuisine at Aqueous takes the upscale steakhouse concept to an entirely new level. The menu features American Cuisine using the finest domestic ingredients with strong emphasis on local product & seasonal cooking.

Aqueous differs from traditional "steakhouses" due to its strong in-house dry aging & on-site cutting program. In addition to our Prime, Dry Aged and Certified Angus selections, you will have the opportunity to indulge in artistic preparations of seafood, poultry and unique pastry creations.

In conjunction with cuisine comes the love of wine. Aqueous offers guests a relaxed, yet personalized sommelier service.
