A nice little restaurant just off the Inner Harbor in a rapidly gentrifying area. All the dishes we sampled were excellent! The octopus, of all things, was a favorite of the group although I had my prejudices to overcome. It is often rubbery, but this...More

Enjoyed the food very much but it may be pricier than some want to pay. The decor is fascinating with tall ceilings and shelves going higher than people can reach.

Re: Brunch Let me start by saying I have no problem spending money on good food! This restaurant has just that... it’s the price for the serving size that earned it 4, vs 5 stars. Furthermore the $35 all you can eat brunch is worth...More

The ubiquitous Cava. The official happy hour hangout of my current company. It’s another Harbor East joint, and is very convenient to where we work. For the RJG though, I prefer to come here for lunch, as the Mediterranean food is a cut above the...More

We went with friends & shared many small appetizers, which was perfect as each plate usually has 4 pieces. Each plate was unique & full of flavor. The corn was outstanding. Enjoy!

I went for brunch this past Sunday with friends from out of town. Our waitress was great. My drink was watered down. I ordered one of the cocktail ciders. We were told the a la carte items on the brunch menu were slightly larger than...More

I got the cava home fries with chicken and waffles and I do not regret my decision. Great portion sizes and the whole vibe of the place was high quality. I will have to visit them again.

I'm sure I found my favorite brunch place in Baltimore. I'm sure of it because at $35 a pop for all you can eat tapas must be in your favorite places to eat category right? Not to mention, Cava Mezze also features 25 cent mimosa....More

Description
Your neighborhood Mediterranean hangout, dedicated to shared plates and culinary excellence. Find us in Rockville, DC, Clarendon, Baltimore, and Olney. Established in 2006. In the summer of 2006, long-time friends Ike Grigoropolous, Ted Xenohristos, and chef Dimitri Moshovitis came up with the idea for Cava Mezze over coffee. As three children of Greek immigrants, and life-long Rockville residents, they aimed to bring mezze-style dining of from their parents' home to their home. Despite opening their first Cava Mezze in a once desolate shopping center, the restaurant thrives as a neighborhood hangout. From hand-building tables, to smashing tiles, each founder and their family poured every ounce of their effort into making their first restaurant a success.
